As a partner with the role of Chief Financial and Operating Officer of a multi-site Licensed Home Care Agency, Sean brings a deep understanding of the challenges facing proprietors, including the coordination of services across the whole post-acute and delivery-at-home environment, navigating the ever changing Home Care regulatory and financial requirements, adjusting business models to payer and patient needs, and translating those changes into the successful day-to-day operations of a large organization.
